Under NCC's Workforce Development and Entrepreneurial Training Program, we seek to offer in-house employment and job skills training to families and individuals. The in-house employment and job skills training will be modeled as a "bakery", teaching adults and children the process of baking bundt cakes, packaging, and marketing the cakes to the Memphis area. Along with the baking portion of the business, participants will be taught proper business practices, including, product/supply purchasing, budgeting, distributing product, and time management.
